h1 dir="ltr">This guide will walk you through standard study level metrics on MUiQ.
MUiQ comes with several built-in standard question templates for post-study metrics.
These should be added to the Post-Study tab or the Post-Condition tab if you want to compare the metrics across competitors or conditions.
These metrics include the NPS, SUPR-Q®, SUS, and UX-Lite™. Please refer to the following pages for more details on each of these metrics.
MUiQ includes built-in real-time analysis for each of these metrics in the study results dashboards.
SUS System Usability Scale
- The SUS is a 10-item questionnaire with five response options regarding a mix of positive (+) and negative (‒) items.
- Created in 1986 it is the most used questionnaire for measuring perceptions of usability.
- SUS scores range from 0 – 100 (higher is better), but these are not percentages.
- The SUS scores can be converted into percentile ranks and assigned letter grades to assess how good a score is.
UX-Lite
- Based on the popular UMUX-Lite (Usability Metric for User Experience)
- The UX-Lite is a 2-item questionnaire with five response options.
- UX-Lite scores range from 0 – 100 (higher is better), but these are not percentages.
- Like SUS scores, UX-Lite scores can be converted to percentile ranks and assigned letter grades.
NPS - Net Promoter Scores
- The NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a popular measure of customer loyalty. It’s derived by asking a single question to a customer.
- The scores are expressed as raw percentages ranging from -100% to +100%.
- NPS = % Promoters – % Detractors
SUPR-Q
- The SUPR-Q (Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire) is a psychometrically valid and reliable 8-item questionnaire that measures the critical aspects of the website user-experience.
- The SUPR-Q provides relative rankings expressed as percentiles, comparing the UX score to over 200 websites.
