This guide outlines the features of the Participant Grid.

The Participant Grid (located in the Study Results Dashboard) displays all of the participants' raw responses.  This is where you can remove participant responses from the study results, export all approved responses, and export all participant responses including those who did not fully complete the study.

During the data cleaning process, you may wish to remove certain participant responses due to poor quality.  In order to do this, navigate to the Participant Grid in the Study Results dashboard.

From here, you can remove participants from the study results by finding the Participant ID for who you want to remove and then changing the Check Mark to an X in the Approved for Results column.

❗Once you remove a participant from Approved for Results, all of the data and graphs found under Study Results will be updated in real time to no longer include the results for that particular participant.

After you have cleaned the data, you can either Export Approved Only response or Export Participant Response Data.

❗The MUiQ Operations Team will do a first pass at cleaning data for any recruitment that was conducted through MUiQ.

Export Approved Only: Only responses that are Approved for Results will show up in the export

Export Participant Response Data: All data will be exported, including participants who did not fully complete the study.  This is useful if you are interested in partial data collected from participants who may have been screened out.
