This guide will walk you through how to customize questions by Task & Condition.

You can customize questions by Task & by Condition in order to change the question based on which condition the participant is assigned to or depending on which task the question comes after.

You can customize tasks by Condition in order to change the task structure based on which condition the participant is assigned to.

❗Only questions in the Pre-Condition, Post-Task, and Post-Condition can be customized by Condition

❗Only questions in the Post-Task section can be customized by Task

❗Tasks can be customized by Condition

Expand the question that you wish to customize to locate the "Customize by Task" and "Customize by Condition" buttons.

Select "Customize by Task" to make changes to the question based on the task that the participant has completed.  You can then select which task you'd like to customize the question by.

Select "Customize by Condition" to make changes to the question based on the condition the participant is assigned to.

❗Making changes to the question will only apply to the task and/or condition selected.

You can copy the question details back to all tasks or conditions by selecting "Make All Tabs the Same as This Tab"

You can remove questions from a task by selecting "Remove Question from this Task"

 You can remove questions from a condition by selecting "Remove Question from this Condition"
