How to Reset Your Password

This article will walk you through how to reset your password.

❗Remember: Both Username and Password are case-sensitive.

To reset your password, follow these steps:

On your MUiQ login page, enter your Username.
Click “Forgot your password?”.

Enter your username and email address.
Click “Reset Password”.

5. A new temporary password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

6. Return to the MUIQ login page and sign in using the temporary password you received.
