Study Information Guide

This guide will give you an overview of the study information displayed on your study list page.


You can view various information about your study on the study list page by expanding the study details.







1) Owner: Main owner of the study


2) Status:

  • Draft: Study is in draft mode and can be edited in full.
  • Active: Study is active and can collect data.  Minor edits can be made.
  • Stopped: Study has been stopped by Owner or MeasuringU Recruitment team.
  • Stopped by Quota: Overall study quota was met and the study is stopped from collecting more data.


3) Last Update: The last time changes were made to the study or the last time a participant attempted to take the     study.


4) Activated - Last Complete: The date the study was activated and the date of the last participant to compete the study


5) Completes: Total number of participants who have completed the study.


6) Approved / Max Quota:

  • Approved: Total number of participants who have completed the study and are approved for results
  • Max Quota: The overall quota set on the study.


7) General Info:

  • Properties: Outlines the properties of the study such as type of task, type of questions, conditions, etc.
  • Median Completion: Average time it is taking participants to complete the study.
  • Study ID: Unique identifier for the study.
  • First Draft Created: Date when the study was first created.


8) Quotas: Overview of various quotas set up within the study and where participants are being screened / quota'd out


9) Study Permissions: Ability to grant study access to other participants.  See Sharing Studies Guide.


10) Incompletes vs Total Attempts:

  • Incompletes: Number of participants who started the study but did not finish it.
  • Total Attempts: Total number of participants to attempt the study, both completes and incompletes.


11) Copy Study URL: Quick link to copy the live study URL and pass it along to participants.
